ck4r Terms & Conditions

1.1 Age Requirement

The ck4r platform is for individuals aged 21 and above only. Accounts belonging to any underage person, including those aged 18 to 20, will be immediately terminated and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

1.2 Single Account

Each user may only create one account. Operating multiple accounts for the same individual — using the same name, address, identity document, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all accounts will be immediately closed.

1.3 Restricted Persons

ck4r employees and their immediate family members may not place bets on the platform. Additionally, users from regions where online betting is legally prohibited are ineligible to use the service.

2.1 Providing Accurate Information

You must provide true, accurate, and complete information when registering an account. ck4r reserves the right to cancel an account if incorrect or false information is provided. If you need to update your information, please contact the support team.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

ck4r may ask you to verify your identity before a withdrawal or whenever necessary. This may include a copy of your national identity card, passport, or driving licence. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

2.3 Account Security

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used. Using a third party's payment method is prohibited.

3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Typical withdrawal time: 30 minutes to 3 hours

3.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal. The relevant wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus funds. ck4r reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals in cases of unusual activity.

3.4 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

ck4r is committed to preventing money laundering. If a transaction is suspicious or there is reason to believe funds have an illegal source, we are obligated to notify the relevant authorities and suspend the account.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total ৳2,000
• Deposit ৳22,000 → ৳10,000 bonus → total ৳32,000

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x, applied to the bonus amount only. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own expiry date; once expired, the bonus will be cancelled automatically.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirements are met.
• ck4r reserves the right to cancel a bonus if bonus abuse or fraud is suspected.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be active at the same time unless specifically stated.
• ck4r reserves the right to change bonus terms at any time.

5.1 Validity of Bets

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled unless a technical error makes it eligible for cancellation. ck4r reserves the right to void bets placed due to obvious pricing errors or data feed issues.

5.2 Match Fixing & Fraud

Any form of match fixing, sports manipulation, fraudulent activity, or use of software to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be immediately closed and legal action may be taken where applicable.

5.3 Technical Issues

ck4r is not liable for internet disconnections, server outages, or other technical issues. In such cases, we will make every effort to provide a fair resolution. If a live game session is interrupted, the opportunity to resume from the last confirmed state will be provided.

6.1 VIP Levels

The ck4r VIP program has three levels:

• Bronze: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

6.2 VIP Benefit Conditions

VIP level upgrades depend on a member's activity and regular participation. Cashback benefits will be credited to the account automatically. ck4r reserves the right to modify VIP program terms at any time.

7.1 Responsible Gaming Policy

ck4r believes that gambling is a form of entertainment — not a source of income. We encourage our members to play responsibly and actively work to prevent problem gambling behaviour.

7.2 Setting Limits

Members can set their own deposit, betting, or loss limits. Contact the support team to request limit setting or self-exclusion. Once a limit is set, it can be lowered immediately but increasing it requires a specified waiting period.

7.3 Self-Exclusion

8.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ck4r platform:

• Placing bets using any bot, script, or automated software
• Impersonating another user or attempting to access their account
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems
• Exploiting bonus offers unfairly or collecting bonuses through multiple accounts
• Misconduct or harassment towards other members
• Using the platform for illegal purposes

8.2 Consequences of Violations

If any of the above rules are violated, ck4r may immediately suspend or terminate the account, forfeit any deposited funds, and take legal action if necessary.

9.1 Data Collection

ck4r collects and processes your personal data solely for the purposes of providing services, verifying identity, and meeting regulatory obligations. Your data is not sold to third parties.

10.1 Service Availability

ck4r makes every effort to ensure uninterrupted service, but the service may occasionally be temporarily disrupted due to maintenance, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances. ck4r is not liable for this.

10.2 Betting Losses

Any financial loss resulting from placing bets or playing casino games is entirely the user's own responsibility. ck4r is not liable for the outcome of any bet.

10.3 Third-Party Software

Our platform uses software from third-party game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, and Ezugi). Their own terms and conditions may apply, and ck4r is not liable for technical issues on their end.

11.1 Closure at User Request
